Need help with AME Beta? This page guides you on how to get support when you run into issues, ensuring you can resolve them quickly with our community.

Contacting Support

You can get help from our team or community through:

  • Telegram: Join the AME General group for quick support (fastest response time).

    Note

    For complex issues, Telegram is your best bet due to our team’s activity.

  • Discord: Check out the community forum for help, though Amelabs team responses may be slower.

Reporting an Issue

To get help, report your problem clearly. Follow these steps:

  1. Document the Error: Write a simple description of what went wrong.

  2. Include Logs: Find logs at C:\ProgramData\AME\Logs.

    Right-click the folder, select “Send to” → “Compressed (zipped) folder,” or zip a session folder inside. Attach the .zip file to your report.

    Warning

    Without logs, your request may be ignored as we can’t assist without details.

  3. Add a Screenshot: Press WIN + SHIFT + S, drag to select the issue area, and save to your Pictures → Screenshots folder. Include this with your report for a visual aid.
