Packaging Your Playbook

Now that you’ve made your Playbook, it’s time to package it into a single .apbx file.

This guide assumes that you have 7-Zip installed. If you do not, download it here.

Using 7-Zip

To package a Playbook, we use 7-Zip, as this allows for simple archive encryption. Having the Playbook encrypted protects it from the possibility of browsers or anti-virus software scanning it for executables inside.

1. Select all the files and folders within the Playbook folder

2. Right click and select 7-Zip > Add to archive…

3. Name the archive as you please, with a .apbx file extension

4. Set the Archive format to 7z, and set malte as the password

5. Click OK

You will now have a fully functional Playbook, which can be used via AME Wizard.
